ACCESS AND USE OF THE APP
You agree to access and use the APP and any information contained within, in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws.
We grant You the right to access and use the information within the app for YOUR own PERSONAL use for the duration of the time that you are enrolled at RED STUDIO and participating in the Red Competition Troupe/s.
This right is non-exclusive, non-transferable, and subject to these Terms (which may be amended from time to time) and all other terms and conditions are expressly excluded unless otherwise agreed in writing.
You may:
use and access the information and content contained within the APP for personal, non-commercial viewing only.
You may not:
Archive, copy, reproduce, distribute, display, publish, create adaptations or derivative works from, offer for sale or use (except as expressly authorised under these Terms) any of the APP content;
Use the APP content or information within, for any public display (commercial or non-commercial) or with users who do not hold a current enrolment at Red Dance Studio Ltd

You agree that We can send You information relating to Our Products and Services by using electronic messages or other means.
